Westpac: 80% LVR Self-Employed

From Sunday 17 May, self-employed maximum LVR will be reduced to 80%. There will also be changes to and Income Shading with the following reduced to 60%; Bonus, Overtime, Dividends, Commission, Interest, Directors Fees. Superannuation, Annuities, Private Pension and SMSF income has reduced to 80% where not evidenced as paid at a guaranteed value for life.
